The Heart Surgeon’s Cookbook is based on a collaboration between heart surgeon Dr. Nirav Patel and Guide Michelin chef Fredrik Berselius. Together, they’ve developed nine recipes – all of which require great dexterity. It has been called the world’s most difficult cookbook. And that may well be close to the truth.
